2006-2008 E38 (Corvette) Support Available with EFILive EFILive V7.4.2 E38,E40,T42 Pre-Release (Jul 12, 2007)
UPDATE: This pre-release has been updated to include additional speedo cals for the E38, plus new cals for the 2008 C6 Corvette.
If you have already downloaded the update - before this message was posted, please download it again.
The E38,E40,T42 update is now available for download.
This download contains all previous 7.4.2 updates.
This is a pre-release version of the V7.4.2 update software. It has not completed final testing yet. It has been made available as a courtesy to those customers waiting for bug fixes. Unless you have an urgent need to use this update, please use the current stable version of EFILive V7.4.2 available from our downloads page here:

Instructions:
Make sure you have V7.4.2 with the build numbers shown below (or higher) installed on your system.
* Scan Tool: 515
* ObdiiV7.dll: 644
* Tuning Tool: 622
You can check the build numbers of the software currently installed on your system using the Help->About menu option.
Exit from all EFILive software and backup the entire folder:
\Program Files\EFILive\V7

(If desired, use an MD5 checkusm program to verify the downloaded file's MD5 checksum.)
Unzip the contents of the downloaded file into
\Program Files\EFILive\V7, overwriting any existing files with the same name.
Copy the contents of the unzipped Images folder to \My Documents\EFILive\V7\Images
Copy the contents of the unzipped VDash folder to \My Documents\EFILive\V7\VDash
Copy the contents of the unzipped PIDs folder to \My Documents\EFILive\V7\PIDs
Copy the contents of the unzipped Maps folder to \My Documents\EFILive\V7\Maps
After installing this update, the build numbers will be:
* Scan Tool: 533
* ObdiiV7.dll: 665
* Tuning Tool: 656
Make sure you update the FlashScan V2 firmware to V4.2.60.
It contains updates required for E38 DMA PID logging and correct detection of E38 bootloader operation.
Some of the features in this pre-release:
1. 2008 C6 Corvette support. (update)

4. Updated E38 calibrations.
5. Updated T42 calibrations.
6. Updated Allison 6 speed calibrations.
7. The Allison 5 speed licensing has been fixed.
8. Fix for the E38/LS1 confusion on seed/key unlocking.
9. Optimizations for chart drawing - less load on CPU during data logging.
10. Vats relink button is enabled for all controllers, but only after [Check status] has been clicked.
11. H0104 limits are expanded.
12. Toolbar restore option View->Restore toolbars.
13. E38/E67 *.tun file VIN detection corrected.
14. Speedo section Metric/Imperial saved settings are now restored correctly on next startup.
15. E38 B3670 can now be displayed in EQ Ratio or AFR.
16. E38 US vehicle support added.
17. Scan Tool, select controller now correctly defaults to the previously selected controller.
18. E38 DMA PID logging problems fixed for DMA PIDs requiring 4 channels.
19. Channel count display on the F8 tab page has been changed to accurately display the number of channels that will be transmitted, instead of just the number of channels of selected PIDs. It will mostly display as multiples of 6.

22. Allison 6spd support added.
23. Expanded speedo calculator limits for shorter diff ratios.
24. Fixed E40 full flash checksum message.
25. Updated VIN decoder for VINs with WMI of 6G1
26. Fixed Corvette speedo calculator problem that caused wheel size to be calculated to around 7 inches.
27. Fixed Corvette speedo calculator problem that caused shift point adjustments to be -70% prior to any adjustments being made.
28. Fixed "Select Controller" screen so that the most recently selected controller is retained.
29. Fixed LBZ/LMM reflashing fault.
30. Fixed E40 full flash block mismatch warning message.
31. Fixed IFR table maxing out to 100lbs/hr when comparing tunes.
32. Caused default comparison to be 0.1% instead of 0.000001% to prevent rounding errors showing up as differences.
33. Added T43 controller picture.
34. Renamed Allison 6spd image from Controller_ALL6.jpg to Controller_AL6.jpg
35. Added CPU type display for E38/E67 bootloaders.
36. Added more E38 Holden & US calibrations.
37. Added Allison 6 spd calibrations and fixed failed read attempts.
38. FlashScan V2 firmware updated to V2.4.60.
