Default Can someone recommend a scanning tool?

something more than just read codes. One that can tell if the PCM is performing functions like turning on fans, etc. Thanks

EFIlive has a special on sale for only $250. It comes with the V1 hardware and the Scan tool is awsome! It has bi-di controls and is totally customizable. Also, you can load up a stock tune via the software and it will show you in the tables where the vehicle is running at on the fly. "The tuning software is free to download and look at"
