Default 02 Sensors help

Hey guys, I just bought a 01 Z28 (yesterday actually) and today I got an SES light. Took it to Advance Autoparts to run the codes and I got P1133 (Insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1) and p1153 (insufficient switching bank 2 sensor 1). The car has Pacesetter LT's, TSP True duals, lid, and LS1edit by Henderson. I've searched around but I am still kinda stuck.

The codes are helpful, but you need to know what the voltages are. If both O2 sensors are parked at 0-4 mv, then it may be wiring burned/shorted to the headers. If the voltages are just moving very slowly, but within the normal ranges, then you might get away with just replacing them.
