can i drive my car with an aftermarket stall on stock tune for a month?

well i just put my tci converter in.
i wont be tuning it till after i do my heads cam intake etc next month. will i be ok driving? can i get on it or??

also i'm throwing a ses light. for my o2 sensors. how many o2 sensors should there be ?? 3 correct?

Go ahead and drive it...might help identify if you want your in gear idle raised, TM adjusted/deleted, etc.
