Default Changed O2's & Code came back

I replaced both right O2 Sensors last week(Delco) because I was told they were both bad..Cleared out the Codes & a week later I get P0161 code again. Anyone have an idea why I would get the Pre-Cat right side sensor code again with new O2's? I have MAC Headers but have never had a problem with O2 Sensors. I don't have extensions either..Very annoying when I paid $200 for sensors & the code comes back Thanks

P0161 is bank 2 sensor 2, right rear sensor... if you don't have cats you'll set the code everytime... if you do have cats then sounds like the cat is failing

Thanks for the info..Guy told me it was the front sensor...I asked him if a cat could be going bad since I just changed the sensors. he said "No, that would throw a different code"..makes sense though, these MAC Cats are **** & I have a lot of miles on them.
