Default o2's making the engine run rough, do i need tuning?

i just put an ls1 in my jeep, i wasnt using the front o2's because i wanted to drive it around and make sure everything is working right, plus i had to do some fabing to make the drivers side plug fit

well it was running smooth and nice w/out the o2's in, i was just getting bad gas mileage. Today i installed the o2's, reset the pcm and the engine runs extremely horrible. i tried driving it a few miles hoping the pcm would start tuning it self to the o2's but nothing happend, kept running horrible

i plugged my OBD reader in, and the o2's are showing normal readings

any thoughts?

If you think the o2's are causing it what you need to do is look at the fuel adaptive %. That can be found using any generic obd2 scanner that can look at data stream. Normal readings are + or - 10% at a steady load.
