Check Gauges
Aight guys, good news and bad news.
Here is what happen:
Me and my friend were heading up a hill called "double lanes" 2 lanes, up hill, lotta street racing, we were side by side doing the limit and this 'stang comes up behind us flashing his lights, my friend is in a shitty SunFire so looks over and me and i drop it in third and bring it up to about 6600 completly dershing that POS stang, I gave him a few chances, he couldnt keep up haha no way in hell that GT convert could touch my ls1
ANYHOW.
After I calm down I notice the CHECK GAUGES light is on, Im like wtf, so I check my gauges.. speed - 60 mph rpm - 1500 temp - 180 pressure - ok voltage - 9? WTF? normaly its at like 14!!
I am thinking its an alternator problem, who agrees?
