Default Diablo problem?

So I just got threw doing a clutch swap on my 00 SS today Decided to take it out and give it a try. After a 1/2 hour of driving I noticed the sevice engine light had came on,It was running fine so I didn't stop I just headed for home in no rush because I know my diablosport has the scanning feature to read and erase the codes. Got home plugged in the diablo and the thing would not turn on usually you just plug in and it turns on automatically. and Ideas? During my clutch swap I also did the master cylinder to so I was under that area where the plug in is. I looked under and all the wires going to the plug in looked untouched by me.

Thanks for any help with this problem....
