does this sound like a pcm going bad??
Problem started when i got the car back from outlaw.
I had no AC. tried EVERYTHING to get it to work. I ended up putting on a separate switch to engage the compressor.
then a few weeks ago i got a ses for the IAT. replaced the sensor. ect..... no luck.
right before that my gas gauge went. then my temp gauge. now my fans are staying on after i turn the car off.
I went to finish line performance (sponsor on here) and they said the ground from the IAT is putting out 5v. i have a pcm on its way (used from same model car) and am going to get my tune switched to the new pcm.
IF this is the pcm going bad what can i do to make sure the new one doesn't start frying the same parts?

It's much more likely a harness fault than the PCM itself.
I'd inspect all of the block-chassis, chassis-PCM ground
straps first off. Temperature sensor faults can really muss
up its mind and the more bogus data it gets the flakier it
all will be.
