Default Dyno this Friday, HPT Qs

Hey all-

I'm off to the dyno this Friday for a few pulls. I'll be spraying the 150 wet shot and monitoring A/F with their wideband as well as scanning with HPT.

The car will be closed loop, with the MAF enabled.

My VE's are pretty well dialed in, no more than 1-2% off anywhere <4krpm.

My Q's are:

1. what a/f should I be aiming for, and which table is best to use to get the desired result?

2. how far do I have to adjust said table to move the a/f a noticeable amount?

3. its supposed to be hot Friday (90s and humid) Is it ok to turn down the IAT timing tables to reduce the retard that the temp will introduce?

What else should I be looking for while I'm on the dyno?

Thx for any and all help.

Most would probably tell you to aim for 11.5-12.2:1 afr running a wet shot I would change the jets to get me where I want to go. Dry shot I'd use the computer to compensate.

your main fueling tables are maf, pe & VE

Thanks, Bill. I took the car out Friday and did well (see sig) - with the exception of running quite rich with the N2O pull. The dyno's A/F ratio read off the charts below 10... Didn't have any jets to compensate for it right there, but I sure would have liked to have the opportunity.

Where can I find the PE table in HPT? Ya found it... dunno why I couldn't find it on Friday... Blind I guess. Engine > Fuel Control > Power Enrich > EQ Ratio.
