throwing 3 codes

throwing 3 codes just got it checked out and I am throwing:
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0153 O2 Sensor Slow Response Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circ Bank 2 Sensor1
I have headers, ory, !egr, and I got a tune and deleted the appropriate codes and now I am throwing these.
any ideas of what is wrong and how I can get rid of them?
