Question LTFT memory loss?

Hi, I'm a new forum member and hope someone can help.

I have a Camaro Z28 2002 with a Vortech supercharger and Diablo programming. I have problems with DTC's telling me that the car is running rish P0172 and P0175. So I have invested in EFILives scan and tune SW and have started to play with that. One thing that I noticed is that the LTFT table reset itself after every time I drive the car.
- It starts to learn while I'm driving.
- If I keep the car running after a spin, I can see all parts of the table that has new values.
- If I turn off the ignition and on immidiately again (as soon as the engine stops), then the values is still there intact.
- Than I turn off the ignition for say 5 seconds.
- Then turn on ignition again and read the LTFT table which now has resetted itself and show -2.0% in almost all cells.

I'm super puzzled, shouldn't this table hold it's values and continue the learning trip after trip.

- I checked the PCM-bat fuze, and it is OK.
- The battery is OK and I measured the voltage at the PCM-bat fuze and it never drops below 12V when I turn on and off the ignition.

What to do?
