Default Setting Shift point help nedded.

Have a 95 T/A, LT-1, A-4, 4L60E w a CC-502 cam, beehive springs, 1.6rr and mail order tune. Have 3.42 gears, MT-DR and a 2200 stall. I know the stall is too small, but I still think I can improve my times by adjusting the shift points a little. Cam makes power from 1500 - 5500 RPM's. My sixty foot times are consistantly at 1.93-1.94. I think this is high for my mods and I believe it is due to my 1-2 shift point being off. I have a HHP and would like to know if I can reset the shift point myself without loading the HPP Tune and effecting the rest of the tune? If so, do I want to set the point a little above the cams power range ie: 6000/6100 rpms to allow for the drop in rpms when the shift occures, so that I'm still at the top of my power band? Also, should I use the HPP to reset the tire size from stock( 245/50/16 ) to my MT-DR ( 26x10.5 ) or are they the same hieght?

You can change the shift points without loading the HPP tune (which I never saw any performance change with, tested at the track). You need to test at the track to see where the shift point change should be made, but LT1s are known for torque, not revs.
You need to find a tire size calculator on the net and input the parameters to see if they are different diameters. They are all over.
