How do the numbers read in Base Running Airflow chart

Question With HPT How do the numbers read in Base Running Airflow chart

Using HPT,my ect goes from -40 to +284 which way do they read?Say you have the 104ect column ,does it cover from 104 to 68 or from 104to 140? Thanks I really need your help on this so I can set my table....

You fill in the actual airflow at each table temperature, and the PCM calculates (interpolates) the airflow for temperature values between the table points. For example, the PCM will calculate the airflow at 73*, 82*, 97*, 113*, 129*, etc., based on knowing the accurate airflow at 68*, 104*, and 140*.
