long trims at -15 at wot, with cutout open

long trims at -15 at wot, with cutout open any ideas -15 wot. other wise there around -4 both banks. this is
just a lid and filter and stock exhaust . and cut out is after the
y pipe... is this thing just throwing more fuel because the air is now passing faster so i tnink maby it would add more fuel.. any ideas, 50 degree
intake last night... maby intake temp and cutout open thru more fuel
on because it leaner now because of the two variables,, my pe is at
1.24 - 1.26 at 5500 rpm . seams way to much, every thing else is
shut down, dfco,ect,,
