383 lt1 probs.
383 car ran great and then one day just felt doggy as hell and a stocker can keep up with it. used to run 11s. what sensors should i check. i have tried the MAF, MAP. what other sensors could deal with this.

Other than its a 383 LT1, you tell nothing about the car or it's mods. Has it been tuned? Have you done the basic checks? Pull the plugs and look at them? Check the fuel pressure? Run a compression check? You need some kind of scanner to see what is going on. Anything else is just a guess.

You havent even said what year it is. We don't know if it is OBD1 or OBD2. A LT1 could be either. You need a scanner and datalog it. What do you mean you checked the MAF and MAP? How did you check them? You need a scanner and datalog it. How is anyone here supposed to know what is wrong with it without seeing some data? You need a scanner and datalog it? Did you run a compression check? What do the cylinders read? Have you hooked up a fuel pressure tester to the fuel rail? What is the fuel pressure? Did I mention you need a scanner and datalog it. Post some data and I might be able to help.

Like everyone said, you need to scan it and monitor engine operations. My guess would be with your injectors, but I don't know what you have. It could be a vacuum leak, does i idle ok? Engine codes? If something is bad enough the PCM will go to LIMP mode. No power there......

1-high exhaust back pressure
2-low fuel pressure
3-opti problems
4-other secondary ignition problems
5-tune problem, LTFT off now after a couple days of trending
6-wiring issues
7-various sensor issues, ie, coolant, iat, knock, etc
Man, I could go on and on. If you dont know what you're looking for, take it to somebody that does. And I am being serious.
