Default Diablo Predator tuning help

I need some help tuning with my diablo predator. The LTFT's were at
-0.78% and -2.34% at a 70 mph cruise for 15 mins or so. Is this a good number for them to be at? I have the injector slope at -5%. I did a WOT run but the LTFT as well as the STFT just stayed at 0.00%? I haven't messed with the PE setting. Also, on the o2 sensor readings the numbers are jumping back and forth alot. Are they suppose to hold somewhat steady? I can't even tell what there reading because the numbers jump around so much. I have LT's with the o2 simulators in the back....Thanks for any help. I've been reading as much as I can but i'll still somewhat confused.

Hey man...

yes, your ltft's values are good. generally, you want to get them in the range between -2.xxx to +2.xxx, so you're all set.

ltft's are 0 at WOT - perfect!

at normal driving/cruise, the O2 numbers will jump around a lot, that's normal... at WOT, they should be somewhat steady. At WOT, what are your O2 bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1 readings at???

I know at WOT they were more steady than at cruise but I can't remember what the numbers were but I'll go out today and see. Thanks for the help. Your posts are the ones I've mostly been reading...

I just made 2 WOT runs. The first one the 02 sensors were between 930mv and 935mv. On the second they were between 915mv and 925mv....Is that good or bad because I have no idea. Once again thanks for the help.

well, you're definitely in the safe range...

does your model Predator have an air fuel ratio or equivalence ratio parameter to monitor?? if so, that'll show us what the air fuel ratio is...

normally, if your O2's are in the .88xx to .91xx range, you're safe.

being that your at .91x to .93x, you could probably lean out the PE rpm ranges a couple % and get some more giddy-up at WOT... and would still be safe

I'm not sure if my predator has the air fuel ratio....I don't remember seeing it. I'll have to look again to be sure. IF I add say 2 or 3% on the PE rpm ranges what should the o2 readings be at? Also, Are these things such as LTFT and PE the only things worth messing with while tuning with the predator. (motor wise at least)

yeah, you may not have the AFR stuff on your predator...

actually, let's change your injector slope too.. you have it at -5% now... but let's set it up one notch to -4%. this will help with normal/part throttle driving and put you in a range of 0 to -1, sinze you said you were at -.78 to -2.xx before, we can bring that up a notch.

So, make the slope change to -4%, and then for PE, you don't want to ADD 2% to the PE rpm ranges, that'll make you richer at WOT... you want to SUBTRACT -- set them to -2%. this should get you down to about .89xx to .90xx on the O2's.

motor-wise, you can also change the spark advance/timing... but you want to get the fueling set first...

Alrite the Injector Slope is at -4% and I subtracted 2% from the PE rpm ranges. Yes, I saw the predator 101 thread but it didn't help that much. Kinda just explained what everything was also its from 2005. I didn't see the one on diablosport. I'll have to read that a little later when I get time.
