Default PCM Calls Injector to open at what point?

Does anyone know at what point the PCM calls to open the injector.

i want to try to calculate at what point the injector should actually start opening to give it enough time to fully open from the point the exhaust valve closes to intake valve closes.

purpose being to stop fuel from exiting exhaust the during overlap and to hopefully properly tune the Offset table correctly
i myself have about 33d of overlap

i want to put together some type of calculator, calculating crank(stroke-stage) position to cam(stroke-stage) position
given the milliseconds from cams EVO to EVC on the Intake Stroke to determine the milliseconds the offset table in ls1 edit needs to delay the injector open time but giving it enough time to open fully.

data needed
so injector pcm open point in degrees
Cam Data in degrees
injector data in milliseconds to fully open. (of course different injectors different times).
