MAF normal range?

MAF normal range? Ok i had a lil run in with a river of water. Got the 02's sorted out, next thing is the MAF. It's throwing codes like crazy. The maf reads low input P0102, it is stuck at a constant 0.31 LB/m It idles funny when coming to a stop. Tried cleaning it and nothing. Same reading.
