Default Code P1635

Am running a 1998 Camaro LS1 in a 37 Ford with a Street and Performance Wiring harness, and reprogramed PCM, Engine runs great But Check Engine light reflected Code P1635, 5V reference problem, have followed Procedures in Manual for Camaro to identify cause/correct code, however, can not locate a problem...any suggestions?

Ok.. The PCM has two 5 volt reference circuits. P1635 refers to #1. This supplies the 5 volts to the Throttle Position Sensor, the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor and the Oil Pressure Sensor. The PCM monitors this voltage on the 5V reference circuit. This DTC sets only if the voltage is out of range. Start here as it sounds like your harness is incorrect.

I already checked for 5V at sensors, following procedures in Service Manual- Diagnostics for 1998 Camaro Engine, all respond with correct value, can't locate fault, nor remove code other than temporarily..................??? any other advise, tests, or info would be appreciated
