Default What are the 98 boys using to tune

I HAVE READ AND READ... What are u men using to tune these cars and whats the results.... i need my timing retarded for a zex nos shot.. i have
hooker lts
full 3" y / hooker muffler
3.73 gear
slp maf
k&n fipk
JET performance/tranny shift firmness adjuster
parts on order

FAST 90/90
msd blaster coils

Please help im tired of reading

HPTuners, EFIlive, Tunercat. They all have 98 coverage. I use them all. They all work well. HPT and EFIlive def work a little better. They have integrated scanners. Tunercat is now JET.

I'm currently using EFILive with COS5 and couldn't be happier.

Just swap in a 99+ controller, it is just a couple hour job. note, if you have TCS, it WILL NOT WORK :MAD: I wish I knew that before I did the swap.

I currently use both EFI Live and the roadrunner, or SCT and an XCal2 depending on the module in the vehicle at the time.

P.S. If anybody wants a 1998 roadrunner to tune your 98 in style, PM me, I have one for sale.

I have a HPtuner cable for sale, I looking to upgrade to the RTT so I will be selling this one, I beleive the only credits used were for all 98 LS1 f-bodys.

I use EFILive, heck you can do unlimited 97's and 98's with EFILive.

I used our software for my heads/cam 98 Camaro back in the old days and its only gotten better since then.
