Default Idle Air Control/tuning problem

I have been working with my tuner with this problem and my fuel trims. He sent me a temp computer to try out see if the tune works correctly and he was going to re tune my original computer. When I get his temp computer and hook it up everything work great!. I get my original computer back from him and the damn thing still wont idle. He said "I just copied the last tune on to your computer."

So whats going on? Could I have a faulty computer or what?

If the "donor" PCM for the swap was from an electric throttle
vehicle, there is a chance that the IAC drivers are missing from
the PCM. I ran into this trying to convert an '04 Silverado to
cable throttle.

Use a DMM to look at IAC wires; if they are showing nothing
(tens of millivolts of random noise) then this may be your problem.

G series vans, F-bodies and early trucks should be good, you
want to see what year is your PCM from and whether that was
cable or electric throttle.
