Default Cleared Code Returns

I threw 0410 after removing AIR from the car last weekend, which I expected after research.

I used my VHP handheld to clear it, and it came back on tonight.

Do I have to yank the fuse and tune it out, or is a handheld not up to the challenge whereas software would get rid of it permanently?

Thanks.

Clearing the code is not the same as deleting it. Kinda similar to cleaning up around a leaking water hose. It'll be dry for a while, but it will come back.

I figured that may be the case. Thanks for clarifying it 3.4camaro.
