Default getting a tps code, whats the cause?

i have a 00 ls1/pcm swapped into my 87 camaro. The car runs good and is really driveable now, but i keep getting a "throttle position low voltage" code. I cleared it a couple of times and it keeps coming back, tps reads just fine when im datalogging, what could be causing this?

Default

The TPS should be receiving an input of 5V. If it does not get its 5V constant, it throws the code. You should be able to use a multimeter with Key On Engine Off, and check to make sure it has 5V.
