Default P0300 after heads, pulley, TR224 install??

Ok, I know it is common to get a p0300 after a cam install. However, this is a fairly small cam that i put in. I only get this code at idle. Once the service engine soon light is on, it will go off if I go drive on the interstate for 15 or 20 minutes. The car has been tuned with HP tuners. The tuner said he made the code 20 % less sensitive, however that didn't help at all. Maybe he needs delete it below 2000 rpms or something? I have read it could be plugs, wires, the cam, valve springs, piston rings, leaking intake, underdrive pulleys, O2 sensors, etc. I just don't know where to start. I have NO miss from idle to 6200 (where my shift point is set at).

Yeah, it's still too sensitive. Your tuner needs to increase your misfire detection tables some more or turn them off.

Personally, I increase them 3x - not just 20%.

Do not turn off your misfire counts. Just increase them as stated.

Yep. I start by doubling them in and around the idle region. Usually have to triple for the more radical cams.

I am not sure about the whole tuning thing. I guess you can double the sensitivity just at idle and not at higher rpms?
