What do i need to do or ask for when sending my computer?

What do i need to do or ask for when sending my computer? I just installed my 383 stroker motor with an mti x1 cam. I also have flp headers, mti clear lid,racetronix intank fuel pump and zo6 85mm maf sensor. The car turns on fine and idles fine but once it gets warm it starts to act up and it turns off sometimes and its just a pain in the *** to drive i have to give it gas so it will not turn off on me. I will be sending my computer to wait4meperformance and i want to know what to ask for when he goes to tunning it. I would appreciate the help i have researched this but i have not came across anything that relates to my issue directly.

You shouldn't have to ask for anything necessarily. Just make sure he knows all of your mods. 
At the very least, it would be wise to invest in a scanner so you can keep an eye on your fuel trims and what not. A WBO2 would be something wise as well.
