car bogs going into fourth gear

car bogs going into fourth gear my 2001 ws6 m6 bogs most of the time when i go into fourth gear at wot. it only does it when you make a pass in it. I have never had it do it downshifting or anything like that. The car has all bolt ons, 4.10s, fast 90/90, etc. Any ideas or has anyone experienced anything like this...car is tuned with hp tuners.
