Default Underdrive Pulley after dynotune with LS1Edit... Affects?

I'm not overly familiar with the tuning process. However, my shop (a sponsor) apparantly sold my ASP pulley that they were supposedly holding back for me.

Anyhow, the shop has already dynotuned the car without the pulley. If I put the pulley on in the future, will that in anyway skew my dynotune?

TIA
