Default I Need HP TUNERS help PLease!!!!!!

I have been to a dealer 3 times to get my PCM flashed so I can add 2bar SD to my car. I have now spent over $300 dollars on just trying to get my pcm to read SD OS on My 99 Ta. Is there anything that I can do!

The dealer says that it is back to the way that it came off the assembly line!
Specific Problem is: I have HP Tuners and when I go to Write entire on my PCM it will not license it. I get 2 options. "no license 0 credits" or "1,2,3 sd all GM 20 credits" Is there a way to get around it. Does someone know a backdoor. Or what can I do to fix it. I have attached screen shoots of what the problem is!.

per the HPT post:
http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15521

post up your tune so someone can check it out to see if there's anything weird going on

But the problem is the Serial number. Not sure how to fix it (one of hte HPT guys would prolly have to look at that)

But your Serial number isn't valid so It can't latch onto the PCM

I think you have to have more credits than 2 to do a 2 bar tune. I think u need 5 or 6.

^^^nope

Serial number is being read incorrectly in the hpt file, so it can't do a single PCM license.

Maybe try redownloading he tune that's in the PCM now and then reapply the 2 bar

Also post up your vehicle info log when connected to the vehicle

I had the same issue when i bought a ecm to do a 1998-2002 ecm swap on my 98 camaro. The first ecm i bought had no serial#, same issue you are having. I exchanged ecm for another one with another flash and that one had a serial# in it this time. When i posted up on Hptuners forum the only answer i really got was from Bill. It will be nice if they can insert a serial# for you.
