What would cause code P0463?

What would cause code P0463? My truck was acting weird last night. I start the truck, turn the headlights on, and the truck just chokes out and dies. Later on I start the truck turn the headlights on the same thing but now all my lights and gauges flickering and going crazy. I check my codes and I have P0463: fuel level sensor circuit high input.
I also have P0155,0135 heater circuit bank 2 and 1 malfunction.
anyone know whats going on?
