Default Got a DTC, need advice on what to do

I got a P0327 code the other day, I cleared it, and picked up two knock sensors, wire harness, and intake gaskets. But I haven't seen the code since.

I washed the engine a few years ago and let it run a good while to dry off. I washed it again a few weeks ago and didn't let it run so long.
Took it on some short trips. no problems.
It usually sits in the garage, I was working on my truck so I drove the car 8 miles to a parts store, on the drive back I got the light, read it, cleared it.
They screwed up my parts order so drove the 16 miles there and back 4 more times, still no trouble codes, no pending codes.
Only thing I noticed recently is the car feels like the brakes are lightly tapped sometimes, not often, not very noticable.
The dealer had the intake and heads off 3 years ago so i don't think the wire is pinched.

Think I should just change it all out or does this sort of thing just pop up once and go away?

I would wait to see if the code comes back. You may need to drive it more to actually set the code. It takes two consecutive ignition cycles with failure to actually turn the MIL on. For more detail on the conditions to run the test, read here.

Not for sure about the 'brake tap' feeling. Are you sure you aren't experiencing this 'mentally' only?

LOL I've thought about that too. I usually drive a one ton with an automatic, it takes some time to get used to the car.
I'll check that link. Thanks.

I went to the link and did the testing.
The front KS reads 39k ohms, the rear 99.8k
The new ones both read 99k ohms.
The link specifies 93k to 107k ohms.
I got everything here, Knock Sensor harness 12601822 $40 from GM.
Knock Sensors 12589867 $43 each Bennett Auto.
Fel Pro MS92438 Intake Gaskets $32 Advance Auto.
Had to shop around, the GM gasket set was $81. Sensors were $58.
Could have got the harness for $35 from another dealer but I didn't.
