Default Help!!codes P0101, P0315, P0507 and P2761

I just swapped a stock ’04 LQ4 motor into a ’70 Blazer. Upon first start up the engine idled high ~1600 RPM so I assumed it was the IAC. IAC was switched to a known good one with no difference. IAC plunger was then wrapped with electrical tape to keep it closed. The tape brought the idle down to ~450 rpm. The idle screw on the throttle body was adjusted to bring the idle up to ~600 RPM. Computer was initially tuned by Current Performance. After the high idle I switched to a Diablo Predator tune, no difference. I now have the following codes showing up:

P0101-MAF
P0315- Crank Shaft Position Not Learned
P0507- Idle control system, RPM higher than expected
P0522-Oil Pressure low (stock oil sender isn’t hooked up)
P2761- Minimum Idle Position not Learned

Any idea on possible causes? I also think the timing is very high on the engine. ~28 degrees at 1600 rpm and 44 degrees at 4000 rpm.
