03 elect TB acting very strange...help An attempt to do a good thing has backfired. 
I thought it would be a good idea to clean the carbon buildup around the butterfly in the TB. So, with the TB in my hands(off the motor), I removed the butterfly valve and began to spray carb cleaner around inside.
I made it sparkling clean, put it all back together, and now there is no control from the gas pedal and the "reduced engine power" message is flashing.
Scanner picked up P0120,P0220,P1514,P1516,P1518,P2135.
All codes point to the TB.
Then cleared all codes, and started engine.
It ran great (with full gas pedal control) for about ten seconds. Afterward the "reduced" message came back as well as TB codes.
Cleared codes over and over, but the "reduced" message and no pedal control comes back.
Ideas???
