cold start EFI live

cold start EFI live Hello All,
I have been using EFI live and love it... It finally got cold here in the south and I go out to the shop about once a week to start car and let the fluids warm up. Yesterday - 4 deg C - I went out to actually take it for a spin and it would not start. I thought, "cold, o-well I will start it tomorrow." About 12 deg C today and 20 C in the shop. Still would not start so I shot some WD40 into the TB and it fired right up and ran. Ya.
What table in EFI live (custom OP 3) directlly effects cold start and initial injector prime? See sig for system information.
