Default Efexts of H/C on A/F

I was wondering how a
mild cam (B1, TR220, 216/220 ect...)
and ported heads would effect my current A/F Ratio?
It is currently around 12.5 at WOT.

Just wondering if it either cam or heads or the combo of
both heads an cam would cause a lean condition
until I would be able to get it tuned?
This is assuming I could afford such things.

Most of the cars on my dyno go lean after a h/c install.

You can't afford not to get it tuned. My car smelled rich at idle but, when I put it on the dyno w/ a wideband the car was soo lean that it pegged the meter so to speak.

You can't afford to not know for sure.

I feel that I am the exact opposite..my car is rich as hell at idle and WOT....still trying to get it leaner at idle...and then work on WOT..but nothing seems to work...
