91 Camaro tuning software Who makes tuning software like HPTuners or EFIlive? He wants it to be the same setup with the laptop as well were he can see real time.

Tunercat and an eprom burner with software for creating a .bin file for programming. You will need to get an adapter board to mount the new eprom to the Memcal. 91 is not a flash ECM.
Datamaster and a AKM ALDL cable for scanning.
You can use a laptop for both.

There also used to be an emulator that you could wire in that would allow you to flash it. I don't know if is still around...or ever came to be for that matter. It's been over 6 years since I messed with the 7730 ecm.
