Now I'm getting pissed off........................
I changed my plugs and wires. TR6's gapped to .053 and Taylor Thuderbolt wires. The car immediately upon start-up after the install is now missing at part throttle and it won't idle for shiit.
Idle re-learn does nothing, tried it 5 times now. gave it 50 miles to learn, PCM is a moron obviously.
The wires can't be on there any better. Checked them countless times.
As I accelerate the car misses and bucks back and forth till I reach about 3,000 rpm, then it seems to smooth out and climb up normally. As I coast back down from say 50 with my foot OFF the pedal it starts to miss and buck again as it's slowing down.
No SES codes at all, which is friggin wierd, cause it's definitely MISSING LIKE CRAZY.
any ideas???

Maybe I'm missing something, but I thought TR6's were to be gapped in the range of .035 - .040... A gap of .053 seems way to high for a TR6.
The .053 gap you specified should work with the TR55's.

The last plugs that I had in there were TR55's gapped at .050. TR6's gapped at .050-.053 will make the car run like total crap?
These are what a sponsor told me to use

TR6's are more for nitrous use and they need to have a much smaller gap. gap them at .035" and gap TR-55's at .055"

I just said F'it. I put the old plugs back in (TR55's) gapped to .050. I sanded them a little bit and they look like new.
The motor runs and idles like a dream. I don't have nitrous, just an N/A stroker with close to 500 RWHP.
A couple site sponsors told me to use the TR6's instead of the TR55's and to only gap them to .040.
DORKS!!!! I told them specifically that I was N/A.
It amazes me how some shops don't know dick about LS1's, but are great pretenders.
Thanks for the input guys.

What did the 6's look like when you pulled them?
