Diablo Predator custom tune install problems.

Diablo Predator custom tune install problems. I still have a tune from the diablosport people that I have NOT been able to download, from my PC to the Predator! I have tried everything including installing it off another computer. EVERY time I try to read a file and install it I get a "invalid file format" message.
I think there is something wrong with the file export format or something that the diablo guy, johan (at diablo) is sending me.
Its weird though because he said it worked on his computer but after trying it on 2 of my computers at home, I dont know whats up!?
Maybe its the software Im using!? I tried reinstalling it multiple times (on 2 computers) and still the same problem. Johan at diablosport has even sent me multiple files to install but the same error message keeps coming up! What a pain!
