Default Help me with the o2 Sensor problem after LT header install

Please help a brother out here. After installing Kooks LT headers and Catted Y pipe, I keep getting the same O2 Service Engine Codes, PO135, P1133, P1153, PO420, PO430. The SES light comes on for a few days, then goes off. When the SES light comes on, I check for trouble codes with my Hypertech Power Programmer, and get those codes above, over and over, then I delete them, and it's all good till about a week later, and the SES light comes on again. Car has always run strong with light on or off. My question is this. What causes these codes to trip? Assuming that it's cool to run with those codes tripping once in a while, how can I permanently delete the codes so I don't have to keep starring at that annoying orange SES light.
Thanks
