Can I download something to view hptuner datalogs?

My tuner sent me some datalogs that I want to view, but I can't find anything on the hptuners website that I can download to view the files. Is there anything I can download that will let me view the datalogs? The files have an hpl extension on them.

Short answer, no.
Long answer, you could send them to someone with HP Tuners who could open them and then export the data to a .cvs file that you could look at with Excel.
