Default air fuel ratio

Is 14.6:1 afr lean or rich? and how bad is this for my engine (this is at idle)? one more ? I found I have 18.5* adv at idle can this be raised? it is all stock except for '02 ls6 cam whisper lid magnaflow catback a cutout and 3500 stall 2.6 str torque converter.

That's not lean or rich, that's "stoich." This is what you want for part throttle operation.

Yep, that stoich (actually 14.7 is). As for as timing at idle, yeah, it can be raised, but why would you want to?
