Default HELP - Service Engine Soon light (P0107)

I got a “Service Engine Soon” light. I took it to AutoZone to get it diagnosed. The code came back P0107 and the description was “The PCM has determined that the manifold absolute pressure sensor or the barometric pressure sensor input in lower then expected for the current engine operating conditions.”

Anyone know what the manifold absolute pressure sensor is or what could cause this. I recently put on LT headers, TSP lid, smooth bellow and changed out the valve springs. Could any of these be causing the problem?
