Default Tune Problems? Need some suggestions...

OK I have a heads/cam car that was tuned. It ran fine but soon after (3weeks or so?) I cranked it up and it in no way acted like a tuned car. It wouldn't hold idle and was undrivable the way it was. I had a predator tuner plugged in to it before this looking through the real time info on it but didn't go into the tuning section of the tuner. I thought I may have messed up the tune inadvertently so I took out the engine computer and sent it back to the tuner to be reflashed. After it returned everything returned to normal and I left it as a fluke from the predator.

Today (~6months later than the above incident), I cranked up the car, went downtown and returned home. About 5 minutes later I walked back outside to go somewhere else and the car would barely start and wouldn't hold idle. It kept trying to idle at ~600 but couldn't really idle anything under 1500rpms. Every time I cranked it and played with the throttle to try and settle it to 900 it died. I've been through almost every connection in the car and haven't plugged in the tuner since the last incident. I can't find anything wrong at all, no burnt wires, no bad connections, nothing...

Anyone have any idea what the deal is? Oh, and I replaced my slp maf with an old stock maf which didn't help at all...I'm out of ideas and it's annoying to have to rip out the computer and send it to get reflashed repeatedly.

OK, but there has to be a reason it does that? Low battery level maybe?
