Default ECT Sensor Question?

Can a bad ECT sensor make the car misfire bog out and carry on? It will run fine from a cold start up for about 20 min. Then i'll park it and take it out again and it will carry on like that. Threw codes P0118,P1133,and P0300. What will fix my problem?

i have seen ect sensors cause minor running problems/misfires, but i haven't heard of any to such an extreme. not sure what the p1133 code is, prob. a manuf. specific code, but the 118 is for the sensor, and the 300 is for a random/multiple cyl. misfire. i would replace the sensor and clear all the codes, drive it for awhile and make sure it doesnt come back. worst case your out like 20-40 bucks for the sensor.
