Default Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor???????

I have been getting a fuel tank pressure sensor error every 3-4 days on my car. What could be causing it? What does this code normally mean?

I know that my fuel cap is tight. Could it be defective?

It's a small sensor with a blue and white stcker on top of it. It measures tank pressure. It's a sensor that is weak and usually goes bad fast. They are common on j-cars. Just replace it and clear the code.
