Default deleting too lean code

Is it ok to use my programmer and delete my too lean codes? I'm pretty sure its from my aftermarket mass airflow sensor. I had the car checked for a vaccum leak a lil while ago, everything was fine.

if you are getting lean codes you should fix the probem,, check your short and long term fuel trims, they are probly maxed out causing this code to come on

just removing the code will not fix the actual problem
