I am finishing up my swap today and want to flash the PCM to a M6. What to do? Do I need to find a 98 tune or will any year work? Car has LT's, ORY, Catback, Lid, EGR delete. Also CAGS is not going to be used. I am not looking for a perfect tune, just so the PCM knows its a 6speed.

edit: I am using HPT (for the first time).

Go to the HPTuners tune repository on their website and download a stock '98 M6 file. Use this file to perform a "write entire" to your vcm. Then copy/paste any changes you had made in your A4 tune over to the M6 tune.
