IAC's How else can i get them down?
I'm trying to get my IAC count down to about 30-50. i drilled up to about 3/16" dia. hole. im still reading about 75 at warm idle. should i drill bigger or is there another way. i dont want to drill to big and have it mess things up! thx in advance!

Do you mean you added a second hole that size? Anyway, If you're worried about making the hole too big, try using the idle stop screw to let some more air through; it will be pretty touchy, but at least you can put it back.

The PCM will drive the IAC to what ever count it needs to get the airflow right no matter what size the hole or holes are . . . BUT if the hole is too small or too large, the motor may not have enough adjustability to dial it in; it will be out of range. That's why the hole size has to match the cam size. For example, the stock TB hole on my car with the TR224 works fine until I turn on the AC, then it can't flow enough air even with the IAC counts maxed out.

I am just fighting a small surge @ off-idle. Otherwise, I have it tune pretty good. Idles fine with no stalling. Would drilling help in that area?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I would only go up 1/16 at the most. Too high and you get a cruise control effect from the extra air.
