Default how much gain from a good tune?????

i'm hoping to gain a good amount of h.p from a east side tune i had my 98ss pull a 351hp & 363 tq in a untuned state. my mods are in my sig what #'s do you think i can reach? also when my car was last on the dyno the check engine light was on as well as old oil and a over oiled air filter that let oil residue get on my mass air. probably the worst condition my car has been in at that time {heard about the open dyno about a hour before i went} sorry for the long post any info will be welcome thanks

I gained almost .2 from an MTI tune. The car is more driveable now too as the converter lock up speed and transmission works great. Fans come on sooner and keeps the engine nice and cool.

20 hp is pretty typical for a PCM tune with a 224 cam.
