What PID to monitor O2mv with EFILive.??

What PID to monitor O2mv with EFILive.?? What PID should I use with EFILive?? Recent heads, cam, headers etc. - trying to tune.
Also, using GM LS1 O2 BIAS PID I have Bank 1 ~670 mV and Bank 2 ~610 mV. In 10 minutes of logging the mV only changed once. Sensors bad???
